The question is not whether AI will take over. The question is how we relate to each other. AI is made of human language and knowledge, and in turn changes how we think, work and decide. We are part of the same ecosystem.

On government and citizens
Looking outward and inward
At its core, government promises to do justice to people. Somewhere along the way, we forgot. Not through bad intentions, but through a system that grew: rules piling up, fear of mistakes, steering on what can be counted.
In this talk, I show how we can take the original intention as our direction again. The Human Compass, with AI as a mirror, helps us see where things chafe, so we can keep reflecting, adjusting and correcting course.

Human Compass explorations
How do people stay visible in policy and implementation? In an exploration, I look together with an organisation at what is happening beneath the surface: where intention and practice drift apart, and where people fall out of view. The exploration offers insight into what is going on and forms the basis for a next step that fits the organisation.

Concept development
Sometimes there is friction between an organisation and the people it serves, and reports and campaigns do not resolve it. Then it helps to hear what is happening beneath the surface. To that end, I develop concepts that can be used as a strategic instrument. The form is not fixed in advance, but emerges from what the situation calls for.
